ClubFEM-ABQ Rules and Membership Guidelines

"The following is our ClubFEM International Constitution that every ClubFEM Head Mistress must adhere to. CFI composed this Constitution at the request of many ClubFEM Head Mistresses who wanted a guideline that would keep a shared philosophy and continuity among the ClubFEM Chapters. This Constitution is broadly written to leave room for each Head Mistress to make her own decision for her local chapter where she is most familiar. ClubFem International does not micro manage the chapters. ClubFEM International Constitution

  • All satellite ClubFEM Head Mistresses must be approved by ClubFEM Houston Headquarters and officially titled by the ClubFEM International Executive Committee.
  • There will be one Head Mistress approved to represent each satellite ClubFEM.
  • Head Mistresses accept the responsibilities of sponsoring ClubFEM as a self supporting, not for profit entity. We commit our time and dedication to the growth and celebration of Female Dominance.
  • ClubFEM Head Mistresses must be certain never to co-mingle ClubFEM with the marketing or entanglements of other businesses that promote Domination for profit.
  • Head Mistresses must strive to protect the security and privacy of the ClubFEM members. All party guests and members should be screened, qualified and personally invited.
  • ClubFEM Headmistresses will be responsible for keeping up with correspondence from ClubFEM inquiries.
  • ClubFEM Headmistresses will be responsible for executing the following membership rules and ClubFEM protocol specifically for parties.

ClubFEM Party Rules

  • ClubFEM members agree to be in the FemDomme and male submissive roles exclusively at ClubFEM parties and events.
  • People are expected to act in a sane and consensual manner at all ClubFEM parties and events.
  • Impairment by alcohol or other legal drugs is not permitted. People who are impaired will be asked to leave. No illegal substances are allowed at ClubFEM parties and events.
  • There is no requirement for Dommes or subs to engage in BDSM play (scenes). Although some may choose to play, many people attend parties to socialize and learn techniques by watching others.

ClubFEM-ABQ Protocols for Parties and Events (these rules are from CFI. The Women of ClubFEM-ABQ will review and modify these to suit this community)

  • Males are to address Females as Mistress or other proper titles as designated by that Female. If you don't know what a particular Woman prefers to be called, you may ask politely.
  • Males are to behave respectfully to all Females at all times. Slaves will not approach Dommes for a date, or ask her for a phone number or any personal information without permission.
  • Female Members who have professions related to Domination are prohibited from promoting such businesses in ClubFEM.
  • Dominant attire for Females may include leather, latex, vinyl, modest lingerie and/or black clothing.
  • Males may appear semi-nude or nude at ClubFEM parties. Although men are usually expected to wear a collar and a thong, other appropriate fetish or cross-dressed outfits are also allowed. A leash, wrist and ankle cuffs are optional. Boxer shorts and men’s briefs are not considered appropriate attire under any circumstances.
  • Females are to refrain from touching or commanding a collared slave without his Owners permission.
  • Males who wish to be available to any Domme for servitude or BDSM play scenes will wear a pink ribbon on their collar. However, wearing a pink ribbon does not obligate a slave to engage in play nor does it negate the need to negotiate a scene. (ribbons are available at each party)
  • Safe words or gestures are to be used at all ClubFEM sponsored activities.
    Suggested safe words are:
    green = within limits
    yellow = close to limits (proceed carefully)
    red = over limits (stop immediately)
  • Be quiet and considerate when people are engaged in a scene and do not interfere with a scene in progress. If a scene makes you uncomfortable please walk away. However, if you are concerned about the safely of a scene, ask the Head Mistress.
  • Safety is the number one concern, particularly when with a new submissive. Other personal safe words may be used as long as they are communicated beforehand. When it is not possible to use a safe word, some type of gesture should be agreed upon.
  • Members who are sponsoring a guest who is not a member, will be responsible for their guest’s behavior, and will arrive and leave with their guest.

Membership Requirements

  • To be considered for membership an individual or couple must attend at least 2 ClubFEM socials so we can get to know you. Our socials will be announced on NM Fetlifers, NMLL Yahoo list, Albuquerquies Yahoo list and ClubFEM-ABQ on Fetlife.
  • To apply for membership, please email a request to the Head Mistress. Please include full name, contact information, experience level and and special concerns or questions. New members will need to show a valid Driver's license or other official identification before attending a play party.
  • Decisions about membership are made by the ClubFEM Executive Committee.
  • Membership in ClubFEM provides an automatic invitation to all ClubFEM functions.
  • The monthly socials will include both social time and a presentation or discussion of interest to the group.
  • There will be a donation jar at each ClubFEM event. Funds collected go to club expenses such as the web site, web hosting, flyers, printing costs, party supplies and play space rental.
  • There is a yearly membership fee of $20.00 payable upon membership acceptance and renewed yearly.
